RONDO Starline modular industrial dough cutting and shaping line, stainless steel construction, designed for processing puff pastry, shortcrust pastry, and other compatible doughs depending on configuration and tooling.
Line process:
1. The line is fed with a pre-rolled dough strip on a conveyor.
2. Longitudinal cutting of the dough strip using adjustable circular knives.
3. Multi-lane application/dosing via a pneumatic unit positioned above the conveyor.
4. Intermediate conveying and transfer of the dough to the various shaping stations.
5. Shaping and processing of the dough using rollers and interchangeable tools depending on the product being made.
6. Cross-cutting and/or stamping using a guillotine-type cutting unit.
7. Removal of the shaped products at the end of the line to the next production operations.
The line includes, in particular: belt conveyors, a longitudinal cutting station, adjustable circular knives, a multi-channel pneumatic application/dosing unit, intermediate conveyors, shaping units, a cutting/stamping unit, an upper accessory-holding structure, rollers, cutting shafts, and various interchangeable tools.

All buyers must use a single dismantling contractor designated by the seller. Dismantling, removal, and loading will therefore be coordinated centrally to ensure the safe and efficient removal of the equipment.
