Umiami – Closure of an Agri-Food R&D Center

Online auction following the closure of the Umiami Research & Development Centre in Villebon-sur-Yvette (Greater Paris, France), dedicated to the development of plant-based food products under the Swap Filet brand. The auction features more than 200 lots, including recent food preparation and processing equipment such as a STEPHAN UM 200 vacuum cooker/mixer (2022), a GOAVEC ENGINEERING mixer/cooler (2022) and a HANDTMANN VF 608 PLUS stainless steel vacuum filler (2022). The sale also includes a wide range of laboratory and process development equipment: Anton Paar particle size analyzer and rheometers, Stable Micro Systems texture analyzer, Dohmeyer cryo cabinets, Hounö and Unox ovens, Mettler Toledo metal detector, Anritsu checkweigher, Sartorius moisture analyzers, as well as numerous food preparation systems, laboratory instruments, stainless steel furniture, shelving, IT equipment and technical equipment.
