Online auction following the closure of the Umiami Research & Development Centre in Villebon-sur-Yvette (Greater Paris, France), dedicated to the development of plant-based food products under the "Swap Food" brand. The auction features more than 100 lots, including high-quality laboratory and process development equipment such as an "Anton Paar" particle size analyzer and rheometers, a "Stable Micro Systems" texture analyzer, "Dohmeyer" cryo cabinets, "Hounö" and "Unox" ovens, a "Mettler Toledo" metal detector, an "Anritsu" checkweigher, "Sartorius" moisture analyzers, as well as numerous food preparation systems, laboratory instruments, stainless steel furniture, shelving, IT equipment and technical support equipment.
