Laser digital die cutter designed to work with sheets up to 760 x 1,060 mm, ideal for producing custom packaging, wedding invitations, and promotional materials. It performs complex and detailed cuts on materials such as paper and cardboard, the machine is capable of producing custom boxes. The process begins with the insertion of printed cardboard sheets into the machine; these are subjected to cutting and creasing, which involves engraving lines that facilitate the necessary folds for assembling the box. The creasing is done using a device that applies polymer reliefs to the designated areas, guiding the folds during assembly. This allows for high-quality packaging for products such as cosmetics and footwear, with refined aesthetics and precise details. Thanks to the use of laser technology, it is possible to achieve precise and intricate designs, similar to lace, without the limitations of traditional dies.
