Process
1. Carton Feeding
* Flat cardboard blanks are loaded into the case erector’s magazine.
2. Case Erecting
* The GUELT F110L case erector automatically retrieves a cardboard blank.
* The cardboard is unfolded and formed into a case.
* The formed box is placed on the conveyor.
3. Box transfer
* The boxes are automatically conveyed to the case-packing cell.
* Guides and sensors ensure proper guidance, spacing, and positioning.
4. Product Feeding
* The products to be packaged arrive on the case packer’s feed conveyor.
5. Robotic Picking
* The ABB FlexPicker robot automatically picks up the products using its suction cup gripper.
6. Case Loading
* The robot places the products into the boxes according to the programmed format and packing pattern.
7. Discharge
* Once the packing cycle is complete, the filled boxes are automatically conveyed to the next stage of the line.
A single dismantling contractor appointed by the seller will be mandatory for all buyers. Dismantling, lift-out and loading will therefore be coordinated centrally to ensure safe and efficient removal and delivery of the equipment.
