Process
1. Carton Feeding

* The formed box is placed on the conveyor.
3. Box transfer
* The boxes are automatically conveyed to the case-packing cell.
* Guides and sensors ensure proper guidance, spacing, and positioning.
4. Product Feeding
* The products to be packaged arrive on the case packer’s feed conveyor.
5. Robotic Picking
* The ABB FlexPicker robot automatically picks up the products using its suction cup gripper.
6. Case Loading
* The robot places the products into the cases according to the programmed format and packing pattern.
7. Discharge
* Once the packing cycle is complete, the filled cases are automatically conveyed to the next stage of the line.
